The ultimate snap-shot of deciding last series of qualifiers for play-offs in Uefa Champions League had completed the final of 16 teams to be place and will be drawn to match their opponents, when the ceremony will be hold at the center of Uefa Association committee in Nyon city of Switzerland.

FC Barcelona, Fiorentina, and Arsenal snatched the top spot of their respective groups with stunning showcase above their rivals, while the rampant Inter Milan, Lyon gauranteed their qualification along with tournament’s new comers Olympiacos and VFB Stuttgart that dashed victory in the must-win games after the Wednesday match-day 6.

Jose Mourinho’s men acknolwedged the essential of scoring against Russian’s Champion Rubin Kazan to maintance their prospect of knock-out stage birth behind Barcelona, so they conducted ideal formation of attacking with dual partnership in Eto’o and youngester Balotelli, while occupied the wings-lying play-maker position in feets of three diamension Sneijder, Stankovic, and Diego Milito. the lads provided magnificent display throughout the battle to squeez the sharpen-minded Rubin’s midfield that permanently demonestarted its movement in hand of Argentine Damian Dominguez, who despite the pressure was alive to thrown the narrowly dangerous tears to the Milan’s goal. however; the brilliant performance of talented forward Balotelli, which pulled one fancy cut-backheel for Eto’o and allowed the Cameroonian Striker releasing confident left-footed from the six yard of box strived the momentum of the game to Inter, before throwing an amazing free-kick bullet under-side of cross bar himself, was proved enough to capture the next round for Nerratzorri.

Although the reliable victory from match-day 5 had almost assured the tournament’s champion holder Barcelona for their place in last 16th, it never had been taken grant by Catalon to narrow their dominant ball-possession style of playing football, and goals from team’s duminutive diving engine force and condidate of world player of the year awards followed by sensational free-kicks mid-through the second half by Europe’ award winner and world’s number one man Lionel Messi, retrieved the hope to erase the earlier Dynamo Kyiv’s goal and contained the first spot.

In group E, the prominent triple contendership match-ups that had left the weight heavier on the scale of this season’s highly rated teams of Fiorentina and Olympique Lyon to seal the race past the reign champs Liverpool. that proved the fact, thus it marked the signature on separation of Viola and Lyonnias from Liverpool, when two recovery goals from Jourgenson and in-form Gilardino brough Viola from behind to cancel out Yossi Benayoun’s first half header, put an end to Red’s miserable campaign this season and clinched the top spot for themselves.

Sevilla was the powerhouse of group G and they have confirmed their quality in fashion style when they captured the knock-out round, the stage had witnessed the scenario of constant form by Spaniard’s represetative, and only penalty-kick from Feredric Kanoute singed the last three points as the group’s winner, and attrebution had paid in higher manner to Stuttgart game against Uniera Urzeceni of Romania, when the fit-again Pagrebnyak and young Trasch helped the German side to defeat their rivals and that win adjusted them as the group’s runner-up to qualify.

last but not least, was the silent drama of group H, where ultimately had became the major showcase of offensive-playing gifted side as Arsenal from the first week, and had no debt about the different level of Gunners from others. if that was the case, then Wenger’s second squad team would cause enough damage to awaiting in hold of victory Olympiacos, that even with one victory could be set for play-offs. the mission had delivered not in pretty way, however; in survival one, as Greek’s side with single second half goal by Leonardo, left the ground for their fans to celebrate as they went up after Arsenal.

Lionel Messi made history today by out-voting the struggling, unhappy Ronaldo by a record 240-point margin. Also, he recorded the first ever Argentine winner of Ballon d’Or. Year 2008 witnessed two biggest footballers of our time battle it out in the Champions League final where the classy, joga bonitoER, more talented Barcelona squad beat the mighty Manchester United. The main question appeared on futyfuty fans around the world, soon after the match, and that was, “Who is really better? Ronaldo or Messi?! hum …”

The truth is that back in the year 2007, Ronaldo was every futyfuty fan’s idol! We worshiped Ronaldo as a Man U player dominating Europe as well as his great success with the Portuguese national team.

Before we continue with our topic, I would like to share my feelings about Princess Ronaldo with you. Then we will come back to Messi’s moment of pride at the Ballon d’Or ceremony, at the end.

From scale of 1 to 10, WITH Ronaldo, his team is 9, and WITHOUT Rolando they are only a low 8. And at top flight European nights you can not afford to drop by 1 point on the ladder. You want me to show you facts to prove it? Sure. Look at the struggling Man U this year compared to year 2007 when Ronaldo & the rest of Red Devils were ravaging through Europe. /hum

Back then it seemed like all the stars were lined up for Spacey Red Devil on the futyfuty’s beautiful green sky!

Ok, Messi won the award this year. Now, he can claim that he is the best in Europe until next year. The bragging rights remain until next year legally. But, the main question still remains on the mind of Senior Messi who goes home tonight after recieiving the award. On his way home, he is thinking, “I am really better than …?!”

haha … Who was the most deserving player in Europe to win this award?

We will bring in our Senior Euro Analyst Sina Sina to Studio to hold a q&a to answer this question. It will happen in our future posts. Stay tubed for the interview in the Next Episode!

Barcelona’s little magician Lionel Messi has won the prestigious ballon d’or, European’s best player of the year award, voted by journalists and organized by France Football Magazine.

The super star snared the award by putting the last year’s winner rONALDO behind and became the first Argentinia star player to be awarded the crown and Barcelona’s historical sixth player to capture the number one spot.

Messi’s huge marginal point of votes awarded by 96 jurors was truely amazing that gained 473 out of maximum 480 points ahead of portuguese and Real super star Ronaldo, who obtained the second by 233 points.

Permanently every analyst in the world would emphasize his brilliant performance to win the treble of UCL, La Liga and Copa Del Ray in his dreamy season last time around. But, we have to understand that the fundamental work of his club’s spaniard teammates Xavi and Iniesta has produced the opportunity for Messi to shine in very high level. The 22 years old also had encouraged the effort of the pair for his reward.

To mention the list of best top 10 players in the list, Ronaldo was only non-catalonia player in it, for Xavi and Iniesta took the 3th and 4th spots each with 170 and 149 points, and proved the fact of domination scenario of 2009 year dream team.

Samuel Eto’o of Inter voted 75 to be in fifth ahead of Real playmaker Kaka who was sixth with 58 points. Following him was Messi’s club signing record Ibrahimovic polling 50 votes for seventh, and let the magnificent aces of EPL base stars to complete the brackets of top 10th, with diamond striker Wayne Rooney of Manchester United, the un-stoppable Chelsea and Ivorian striker Drogba plus the incredibly efficient Steven Gerard of Liverpool, were 8th to 10th in order. The latter stages was snatches by several other entertainer that everyone knows them, will be set in our next article.

Dear Messi you really deserved this award, as you burst to chase the wind of pride on your chunk and count down until the moments of world cup celebration to mastermind fans with your talent.

It surely came to mine.

Who is the team to beat in Europe this season? Barcelona or Chelsea?

Of course, I would like you to put your national and club pride aside and think deep my friends.

To answer this question we will turn to our Euro futyfuty senior analyst, Sina Sina.

futy futy: Dear Sina Sina, thanks for taking the time for this important short interview.

Sina Sina: It’s my pleasure to discuss this hot topic on your site. Thank you.

futy futy: Sure. So, who do u think has the edge this season, Barca or Chelsea? Or, is there even a clear edge… or it’s too close to call?!

Sina Sina: I think talent-wise Chelsea is no where near the super Barca. To me Barca’s midfield, specially Xavi-Iniesta partnership is unmatched. Barca has just too many magicians on the pitch. Did I mention the Lizard?!

futy futy: Lizard?! haha

Sina Sina: Si senior! Messi the Lizard!

futy futy: Ok, so you are saying Barca is the team to beat in Europe this season, considering their unmatched talent?!

Sina Sina: Hum, dear futy futy, you have to be patient, as I am going to break it down for you and our futyfuty readers, shortly.

futy futy: haha, please do

Sina Sina: Ok, let’s just go back about 6 months ago, Champions League semi-final. Chelsea vs Barca and that memorable goal by Iniesta. Do you recall that game?

futy futy: Of course man.

Sina Sina: I even mentioned this last year. Chelsea is the scariest team on the European soil. I think Barca and Pep G’s men got the best of luck on that special day.

futy futy: I definitely agree. Chelsea was all over lucky Barca on that day.

Sina Sina: Yeah its not secret. By the way. The second best goal of Essien’s life came in that match. Please watch and enjoy when you get a chance. [ VIDEO ]

futy futy: Thank you Sina Sina, we always appreicate your sense of humor and the great habit of bringing the memories back.

Sina Sina: No problem. Chelsea owned them in that game.

futy futy: I agree with you 100 percent. I think Chelsea has even gotten better this year. The blues are evolving to a terrorizing squad both in EPL as well as on the European stage.

Sina Sina: Barca has too many slick engineers of attack in midfield, but to me, Chelsea’s secret weapon has to be the in-form Drogba. However, I think its much than Drogba’s great comeback season at Stanford Bridge that has made Chelsea a real contender this season. Mid-field is the key.

futy futy: Great observation my friend. I am a big fan of DD! haha … or I would like to call him the Proud Son of Africa.

Sina Sina: Of course. Big D single-footedly put West Africa on the map, and he has been carrying them tru the years, so far. Anyways, let’s just stay with the topic.

futy futy: Sure, its faccinationg how you described Drogba. In fact, it would be great to have you back next time to share your opinion about the best striker in today’s game.

Sina Sina: Sure, I would love to. I am not sure if you heard about Aguero’s possible move to Chelsea and the form he is in, these days. The advent of Argentine prodigy may finally turn Sir Alex’s nightmare into reality. An offensive line-up able to match the already untouchable mid-field.

futy futy: Si senior! Well-aware of his situation! That could be a great topic for our next interview. I do not like to take more of your time today. What is your final word on the subject. Chelsea or Barca?

Sina Sina: Chelsea by the margin of 75% to 25%

futy futy: Why?

Sina Sina: Because, Chelsea is simply the stronger, more motivated team now. I see too many stars with no real European success on that roster. And everyone in that squad is hungry for winning it all this season. Both EPL and Champions League.

Sina Sina: Barca has the speed, but Chelsea is the master of holding their form allowing them to keep the structure for the full 90 without having to rely on 1 or 2 superstars. They know how to take advantage of strength & athleticism to shut down opponent’s key players. I believe that is the key to their superb performance this season w/ least surprises on the road. Bosingwa was a key loss to them.

futy futy: Very good analysis. Who is your top 3 game changers on the Chelsea’s squad?

Sina Sina: Drogba, Joe Cole, and Carlo Ancelotti

futy futy: Thank you very much for your time, and catch you later.

Sina Sina: My pleasure, and byez manz! haha

Perhaps the extraordinarily illustrations of the history of football’s derbies always identify on special occasions, when ultimate power house champions face off each other and this Sunday is one of those dreamy days for football.

not saying already keep in mind for upcoming El Classico the archi-rival between Clues and Menergues, Barcelona vs. Real Madrid, which will capture the world-wide attention to see who will celebrate this contestent and prove to be the number one giants in spain, there is certainly other match that contains sensational attraction from the fans across the world. that match is two hours earlier than El Classico, and is the clash of Arostocrates and Chevaliers of London.

yes the Chelsea and Arsenal clash is the most prestigious london’s rivals among others and one of the of course essential one in EPL Barclays. both side are enjoying the fluidness of success and moving quickly twoards set of new winning-record respectively.

The Blues indicate the sophisticated philosophy of playing compatable team’s demonestration and quality demanded individual’s service with all of the Chelsea’s stars composed togather is almost on the brink of decade

on the other side the the artistics designation of playing neutral beautiful football as Arsenal, ultimately stand on the values and qualities of its academic team’s talent production. we know the brilliant display of individuals such as Fabregas, Arshavin, Van Persie, Walcotte, Eboue, Nasri and Nicolas Bendtner. there would be a lot to say about the composition of these player’s statistics and effectiveness performance during a football game. while the experience Gallas, Senderous and Almounia will complement the organization of Gunners against the Blues.

The talisman forward and might say one of the today’s best long striker in world in Drogba, will validate the power scale of front line quality along with experienced and highly rated offensive midfielders of Frank Lampard, Michael Ballack, and Micheal Essien guarantee the strenghts and precision of play making position for blues in every single tournament either in EPL or in Europe comeptitions.

one line is impressively is the stage of providing the succeeding fascination to believe in is the solid and structural defense of blues with a magnificent leadership of King Terry in partnership of Ferriera or Alex bothe are great defenders, and in the world class full backs such as Ashley Cole and Ivanovic, absolutely complete the rage of championship character of Cheslea, and the returen of miniatorist play maker Joe Cole inject the fresh blood into the soul of the team’s creativity along with technicality style of Deco, which will be very enjoyable to watch.

so with extrems of headlines are at the stake on the day that level of football is above degree of Fairenheit, the battle of londoners start the festival of football show before the fireworks of Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Folks this is not just an ordinary football match! Children come out of their mother’s womb waiting to witness such football brilliance for the first time. Two days out of the year, life is different on planet Earth. During these two special days even monks bring out their rusty old televisions, which have been hidden for years, to watch the Blaugrana take on the Madridistas. On these two special days the people of Spain only support two teams; either Barcelona or Real Madrid.

This year El Clasico is once again coming upon us. For some, this day brings more excitement to their eyes than watching their kids wake up on Christmas morning. Months of anticipation are followed by 90 minutes of pure football beauty.

In this coming El Clasico (which is this weekend for you not so avid football viewers). It is the clash between two TITANS! Barcelona, who won the treble last year and seek to repeat their success. Against a FRESH Real Madrid team who have spent millions upon millions to acquire the proper stardom for their team in order to get some silverware. Both teams must win this gigantic clash or else they will face great disappointment. No predictions based on form or the standing of either team can influence the play of either team. For such matches only one thing is on the mind of the players and that is to humiliate the opponent’s and their fans.

The first venue of the clash between the titans will be in the Camp Nou where 92.000 Catalans (and maybe a random Chinese man who got lost on the way to the subway) will be rooting for the players in the red and blue striped kits.

This one game can influence the future success of both teams and their position in the La Liga standings. Currently Real Madrid is in first place but a win for Barcelona will move them to be back on top. Will it be a win for Real, which can potentially bring their teams chemistry together to conquer Spain and Europe? Or will Barcelona come out to win and go on to repeat the treble? Make sure to tune in to the match this weekend! Whose result will be carved in stone for centuries upon centuries to witness!!
